I am extremely grateful that Topshop opened at the Emporium. Wearing their clothes makes me feel youthful as they are so colorful and daring. The colors make you excited for summer. Students receive 10% off purchases & if you spend over $150, you will receive a $50 voucher to spend on your next purchase.

I love these high wasted jeans and i will definitely be living in them this winter/spring. I made sure to purchase them a size smaller as jeans are notorious for stretching.

If you are a student, get down to Topshop now. It’s affordable, Top Quality & you will not regret it. I promise.

Witchery Cocoon Cardigan: AUS $229.99  Witchery Shiny Black Denim: AUS: $99.99 (Sale), Wittner Utah Heels: AUS $169.95

I am going to confess that Witchery is one of my favorite places to shop for clothes. Especially in winter. This Cocoon cardigan with leather sleeves is my staple for winter/spring 2014.

I have been the proud owner of this cocoon cardigan for about 6 weeks now. The sleeves are made from soft lamb leather as well as the buckle at the front. The neutral color works with almost any outfit. The only downside to this beautiful cardi is that it needs to be dry cleaned due to the delicate leather sleeves and buckle.

Wittner’s Utah heel style is quiet unique and beautiful. I receive complements everywhere i go when i wear mine. It’s a classic style that will never go out of date. If i look after them well, i think they could also last me for years!  They are super comfy (padded foot-bed) and are 100% leather of course. You can’t go wrong!

Michael Kors now at Emporium Melbourne

This weekend i decided to visit Melbourne’s newest shopping district in the CBD - the Emporium. I am very impressed with the range of international stores they have bought from everywhere in the world! Melbourne is definitely on it’s way to becoming the fashion capital of the world. This week i will be reviewing/blogging my purchases and experiences at the Emporium. Today i begin with Michael Kors.

New york based designer, Michael Kors has opened his first store in Australia, at the Emporium this month.

The photo’s above feature my latest MK purchase, and one of his most popular bag designs- The Sutton Medium Satchel.

Made from beautiful tanned Safiano leather, this bag is sturdy and is sure to last a life time. Safiano leather is used by all the designer greats such as Chanel, Prada and Versace.

I decided to choose a neutral color and timeless style as i would like my bag to match almost every outfit and still be used in 10 years time.

MK bag prices range from $350-$3000 Australian dollars. The above style costs AU $419. They may be on the pricey side but they are great, stylish and sturdy bags which are a fantastic investment as they will last you a lifetime.

Welcome to Fashion in Paradise

As most 22 year old girls do, i spend a lot of my time shopping, browsing the latest fashion blogs and spending hours sorting out my two wardrobes (i think i am going to need a third soon).

I am currently studying a bachelor of Media & Communications, but i have taken a year out of my studies to complete an internship in Marketing/ Advertising. In my spare time i enjoy spending time with my family , friends and partner. I enjoy listening to rock music and Lana Del Rey. In the summer you will find me out with friends, at the beach swimming or in a cool shopping mall.

My fashion addiction really kicked in when i went to Los Angeles recently as i was fortunate enough to visit all the high end stores as well as all the amazing factory outlets.

So, this blog is dedicated to all my latest fashion + beauty purchases. I also will be reviewing these items for you and letting you all in on my opinions.  Feel free to leave any questions, or if you would like me to review a particular item!
